This blog is all about garden railroading.  This blog also follows the construction of the Smokey Timber Logging Co. in my yard.  The railroad isn't built yet, so construction articles are soon to come.

This blog follows my track planning ideas.  So far I only have a few, but I'll add more plans as I find ideas.  Think of this one as a track planning notebook that you would find in a modeler's house.

NEW BLOG!!!

I have created a new blog that is specifically for track plans.  these are plans for any part of model railroading from Micro layouts, to large scale outdoor layouts.  By the time all of my plans are downloaded, there should be something for everyone!  Here is the link, http://trackplanning.blogspot.com/.  right now there are track plans in the Garden railroad Section and plans in the Large layout section.

I'd just like to say WOW!!!  This blog has received 541 page views within the  month of January!  That is more than double the number of page views of all previous months combined.  Many of these pageviews are off of Carl Arendt's site about micro layouts.  I am also in a bit of a rut as to where this blog should go next.  So I ask you viewers, what things would you like to see changed/added to this blog to make it more useful?  I would really appreciate any suggestions that any of you may have.
